It would be nice if you had the option to sort guilds based on a level-weighted basis... meaning instead of just ranking guilds by the number of members, allow for a sort based on a factor of the levels of the characters in the guild.
The original UI uses a "total exp" sort - that works rather nicely to reflect the actual power of a guild.
I guess it's not a big deal - but it just irritates me to see a couple of zergling level 30-40 guilds ranked higher than the top guilds on a server. ><
Sorting Guilds
I totally agree with this possibly a sum of the levels of the characters of the guild. Also to be able to limit the sum, say rank guilds by summing up the levels of each character (e.g 5x lvl 60 members + 2 x level 59 members) but then be able to limit it to only add level 20 and up characters. This would be sweet to be able to see which the most "Powerful" guilds would be.
I would love to see rankings by guild exp as well.
Ranking by member count is inflated by alts etc. Average guild level would deflate a guild because of the alts. So guild exp is the best way to capture a guilds strength. I.e. 1 lvl 60 is > 3 lvl 20's etc. Just assign each level with a static exp value and total the it up. Say you have 5 lvl 60's, 4 lvl 59's, and 7 lvl 58's...
(5x 2,000,000) + (4x 1,900,000) + (7x 1,800,000) etc... Obviously those are totally inaccurate exp amounts but you get my point. Exact exp amounts per char doesn't really matter cause someone half way through 58 isn't going to help you any more than someone who just turned 58. So for ranking purposes a set amount is effective. So while low level alts do add to the total guild exp it's only a small fraction compared to a lvl 60. 40 lvl 60s are > 150 lvl 20s etc. You can run a script daily that does the math and stores the guild exp instead of trying to do it dynamically everytime someone quieries a server.

I'd love for a way to filter guilds based on how many players they have in a certain level range. Right now, I can only see a list of the top 50 guilds, some of which don't even contain a L60 character. But I know of guilds that aren't in the top 50 that have L60s in them.
It'd be great if I could find ALL the guilds on my server that contain ANY characters that are between 55-60. That way, determining what guild I want to join would be much easier, as I could then find the right sized guild for me.
