Some characters not updating properly

I've uploaded a file each day for the last three days and each appears to have successfully processed.

Dec 11, 13 15:52:34 40 174 Y

My character (181066619) Kypmonk (shows L40) did not receive updates for those dates (hit L42 on 11 Dec).

This is what I see in my CensusPlus.lua file:

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
Are there suggestions on how to fix this (either at my end or site side)?

In the meantime, I will log on to the character again and run a census.
