For the past week I have been trying to upload as usual. But every time it is uploaded it does not show any confirmation. It just shows my IP address instead. So I check My WR Profile to check if it was processed and uploaded and it is not updated.
So is there a problem with uploading at the moment?

No problems at the site.
A quick way to tell if the site is accepting and processing uploads is to check the Database Stats page.
http://www.warcraftrealms.com/dbstats.php
The last 3 lines of information will tell you if the site is functioning.
Current time (of site server) vs. time of last upload... this depends on users upload activity.. but is rarely more then a few hours apart.
Unprocessed uploads... this is the backlog in the queue for processing.
Note: the queue is configured to fire off once an hour.
Under Metalbeast's management.. this is almost a non-issue.
The server resources are great enough to handle all uploads within a minute or two after the queue is restarted.
User side issues:
Are you using direct web uploading?
if so, is your version of CensusPlus in the acceptable range for uploads?.. if not, you need to update your copy of CensusPlus.
How large is your \World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\%account%\SavedVariables\CensusPlus.lua file?
if it is greater then about 8MB in size then you will need to do one of two things:
1 - prune your data while running CensusPlus in game.. for upload purposes you only need as much time coverage as your last upload date.. or 30 days, which ever is smaller.
In game type /census in the chat line for the help info.
there are two ways to remove old data..
/census prune [number of days to keep] .. will prune the realm you are currently on
/census serverprune [number of days to keep] .. will prune all the realms except the one you are currently on.
2 - switch to using 3rd party UniUploader program.. this program compresses the data for sending to the site.
[See other posts in these forums for configuration settings]
[google wowroster.net.. for status and downloads of UniUploader]
If you are using UniUploader program for uploading, check the debug tab and the server response tab for information to help solve the problem
Check the size of your CensusPlus.lua data file.. and go to the direct upload page to verify your CensusPlus version is valid for uploading.
Raindance.. from your post I believe you are direct uploading.. and from your upload history.. I expect you hit the posting size limit of the web server.
