When a new account is started the Admins are suppose to get an email to notify them of the account.
This email contains information that helps the Admin to determine if the account is valid or bad (spam etc.)
Unfortunately, as of this month, the email notices sometime fail to be created.
This can mean that some new account starts might not be noticed, and therefore would not be enabled.
Metalbeast (the site owner) has been notified concerning this problem.

If you are a guest and decide to start your own account, it is vitally important that you correctly fill in all the required (*) data fields on the application.
Failure to enter valid information into those fields will cause the application to be marked as incomplete and the application will be set aside and ignored.
Site Admin issue found.. impacts new account acceptance

Thursday morning 4/6/2017 the site stopped sending the notifications to the admins again.
I have manually worked through the list of new potential members and all have been activated or banned as appropriate.
Look at the membership list for your userid.. (sort decending)
if it doesn't show you banned, your account has been activated.
Account starts today after Noon 4/9/2017 will not be looked at until tomorrow when I hope Metalbeast and crew will have fixed the process issue.

The admin and possibly other email sending from this site is still not working as desired.
Metalbeast and his ISP employees have been working on spam filtering issues for their clients and we are caught in the mix.
I have been able to process (nearly every day) new membership applications.
If you have filled out the application form, try your account access.
If it doesn't work... check the membership list page (descending sort order) for your account and see if you have a note on your page.
Banned and incomplete apps will get a note at the top of your page.
Previous members who are reactivating their accounts.. are a problem at this time.
Without the email notification to the admin, I have no clue when you request a reactivation.
Remember to fill out all the required fields on the application with valid data.
Silly entries like location Azeroth or Earth will cause me to deny the application.
Also do not say you are in one location when your IP says you are thousands of miles away from that location.
oddly enough I know my geography, training tells me that Florida, USA is not co-located with Illinois, USA
