Special Characters

Many players and guilds use special (ASCII) characters in their names since names must be unique per server. I noticed that w/ the new facelift, special characters weren't processed the same as before.
Here is an example. If the guildname appears fully legible, then its been fixed. Atm, there's a square in place of the first 2 letters.

the special characters aren't fixed on the server index of guilds. ex. 6 guildnames down the right sidebar list
here.
also the cookies at the census site are borked. I have to relogin every time I revisit the site. On the first page, there's no checkbox to 'Remember me (cookies)' but if you bork/typo that initial login attempt, it'll bring you to another login screen w/ a cookies checkbox present... which doesn't seem to work.
Staying logged in at the forum isn't a problem, just the census site.
Those are the only errors I found. The facelift is a nice idea.
