Incomplete History

When I checked my (inactive) main's history info recently, all of it was there: the guildless start, and all the changes in between. It was a nice overview of how I progressed when I was active, the only one there ever was tbh...

And now it's gone. The History only lists my char as lvl60. Where did all the previous information walk off to?

that's what I thought, but I couldn't find a toon with the same name, unless it was a xfer/name change at the same time
