Another upload problem

Hi,
I've been getting this error all morning when trying to upload my census data:

Windows Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://www.warcraftrealms.com/receivefile.php.
Operation aborted

OK
---------------------------
The page never comes up and the last thing I see on the IE status bar before this happens is "Waiting for http://ads.cooperhosting.net/adframe.ph ... k&resize=0...", which stays there for several seconds before the error.
Looks to me like it can't load an ad and that makes the whole upload process time out.
