I noticed an update problem with a character claimed by me (Tarii of EU-Die Arguswacht, ID 75991478).
Since May 05 2008 the data has not been updated any more. Nearly everytime when using Census Plus I was online with that character.
I tried to solve this by deleting the CensusPlus.lua file in the \World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\XXXX\SavedVariables\ folder.
After I made a count I checked the file itself and the character was listed.
Then I tried something else: first I count with Tarii, then I logged in with an other character (Arithor of EU-Die Arguswacht) and count again.
When I looked in the guild window there was 26-05-2008 for Arithor and Tarii (Tarii changed guild to the same in wich Arithor is) for the last seen date, so both characters were recognized by Census Plus.
So why is the data of Arithor updated and of Tarii it isn't?
