For some strang reason every since this month started your site is accepting my census info, but according to my wr profile it is not being processed. Any reason for this?

Did you make sure you are logged into the main site before uploading your data? If you are not logged in then you will not get credit for it.

You have to log in when you submit data or else WR updates doesnt show this on your profile :

Oct 06, 08 05:36:40 0 0 N
Oct 05, 08 07:36:03 0 0 N
Oct 04, 08 17:34:26 0 0 N
Oct 03, 08 15:52:19 24 152 Y

See , i have the same problem , submitted data on 4th , 5th and 6th of October and it's still not processed .

It looks as though the processing has hit some delays the last few days - you've both got submissions showing as unprocessed and the census data page says the last processed update was a couple of days ago, so I'd say all will be fine for you both once the server's caught up :)

Actually, it is the same for me. I'm logged in.

Somewhere on the 4th something wedged on the server methinks.

Oct 06, 08 17:32:11 0 0 N
Oct 05, 08 17:07:09 0 0 N
Oct 05, 08 04:52:57 0 0 N
Oct 04, 08 17:26:23 0 0 N
Oct 04, 08 05:45:00 221 2026 Y

Normally it all gets processed within the day of when I submit. So when it is taking 2+ days now.

Aye...I am logged in when I send stuff in. If the server is behind it must be falling wayyyy behind. Are we having problems there?

Hmm well it is moving then, just very slowly... it said 13:37 earlier. Going much slower than usual though, seems there's something up with it.

There was prob a bad lua file which was uploaded that slowed down the process, when Rollie returns he will get all that fixed up.

Have no fear... Rollie is here! or will be.... soon 8)

I'm curious...do we have an eta on the dat the server issues will be fixed?

I concur, an ETA would be nice, I have had files sitting for 3+ days now waiting to be processed.

As soon as Rollie gets back everything will be cleared up. No need to panic or anything. ;)

Not panicking or anything, but does anyone know if Rollie is aware of the issue? What most concerns me is that all of the unprocessed files will start exceeding a disk quota on the server.

Mmmm, usually Rollie gets things taken care of pretty fast unless he's out of town for some reason or sick or something... It's safe to say that he'll post here when he can.

Well, I can't see uploading any more info until the system catches up. Only my first 2 submissions on the 5th have been processed. I am more than willing to hop on under-reported realms 3-4 times a day to do a census but only if I know they will be processed.....

Well they usually are without a problem. Occasionally things like this happen, so keep checking back as I'm sure as soon as Rollie can he'll have this all straightened out.

My apologies, it's been a crazy week or so. Family in town, blah blah. Looking into it now.

It's one particular uniuploaded file that keeps choking things up. Eliminating the problem.
