Hey guys, was just doing a search on characters with specific levels and classes and noticed that the search results show up without names and hyperlinks.

Example:

http://www.warcraftrealms.com/search.ph ... rch=Search

Race, class and level shows, but not name or guild.

Also, this search should be for Emerald Dream US, all races and factions between levels 10-100:

http://www.warcraftrealms.com/search.ph ... it1=SEARCH

This has been a long standing problem that is far above my pay grade.

Rollie had to disable some of the search coding to stop the process from hammering his hardware.
Your search queries need to be more specific and not so general.

And when Blizzard broke the Single realm - Guild relationship... it made Guild info problematic here at the site.

The fixes need database restructuring and new indices .. and a lot of rebuilding of the PHP...
Much of this is again above my pay grade.. i.e. I don't have access/control and Metalbeast hasn't had the time to spare from running his business to rework the code.

One of the real kickers is that even after all the db and code changes done, We would have to sweep the whole db system multiple times to get all the relationships correct.
Once for each realm connection start date, since the Connected realms were implemented and expanded over an extended period of months.
