Can't Upload With Latest Version Yet
Apparently, my version is too new for the upload page... haha. I'm sure it was just a minor oversight! :p

Fixed the accepted version so 6.2.1 and 6.2.0 are accepted.
In fact all of 6.2.x in theory should be accepted as needed.. in theory.
The x changes are for minor maintenance fixes that don't impact the uploaded data.
I need to rework the wording for the notices on the web site for:
Current version acceptance
Acceptable version acceptance
Out of date version rejection.
On the Version change purge... I need to rework the addon code.
When I added the wow version into the CensusPlus window title bar.. I goofed when I added the fourth element on the full version name.
Version purge should be only required on version A.B changes and not A.B.C
ex. 6.2 -> 6.3 yes 6.2.0 -> 6.2.1 no
Since 6.2.1 is out now... I am not going to crank a 6.2.2 to fix this.. it would just make things more confusing.
But when 6.2.2 is needed I will have the fix for this issue included.
