Important notice.... goof up and fixes

I forgot to bump the code at the site to allow 6.2.1
That has been fixed.

6.2.1 AND 6.2.0 are both acceptable for upload

CensusPlus addon goof.
While I had not intended this to happen 6.2.0 -> 6.2.1 transition forces a database purge.

probably a good reminder to be sure to upload your data before you update the CensusPlus addon.

If/When 6.2.2 is required, I will fix the code to not trigger the database purge on maintainence (3rd level) code releases.

On the other hand... 6.2.2 will be coming out soon...
6.2.1 was a bad day...
I forgot to remove two debugging print statements.. sigh
