Thanks to FuxieDX there will be another mandatory upgrade release.

While working on the problem he found, I found an even bigger problem.
The actual Mercenary problem was not fully solved.

I think I have fixed the problems
tomorrow I will do full testing and we may have a release late tomorrow..
or possibly Friday.
both the census me and the blocking of mouse-over target tracking seem to be correct (this time)

If so and the upload appears to fail.. try again in about an hour.
