As expected there was only need to bump the TOC value.. to make the addon no longer out of date.
This site still accepts the previous 8.0.0 and 8.0.1 versions of the addon for uploads.. assuming you want to run them with OUT OF DATE checkbox enabled on the WoW client.
CensusPlus V8.0.2 now on both distribution sites
