EU Realms Busy?

Just a tad!

Blizz have reduced the player caps on the English PvE realms by about 10-15% whilst they try and sort out the issues with the pre-patch. Hopefully they sort it out before WotLK goes live!

They haven't locked that many realms yet on the US, alot do have queues... and yea they did lower the caps on Silvermoon by a bunch.

Stabilize the realm and also force people to go to lower pop realms.

OMG, that's a lot of full realms! Heard a lot of complaints about queues on my server, atm I'm taking care to get logged in before peak times start...

Wow, that's a crapton of locked realms. Both of the servers I play on are having decent queues atm, but atm Mal'Ganis still randomly crashes every 2 hours or so. It's been tough to play there this past week, that's for sure. Whisperwind has been queued and had some lag, but not nearly as bad as Mal'Ganis. Hopefully they'll figure stuff out during the maintenance or something :P

Yeah Draenor seems to be the worst of the PvE realms for queues, though some of the PvP realms have developed queues well over 1000 long.

I haven't logged in more than a half dozen times... the consensus on Boulderfist is that they want to boulderfist you.

We've been lagfree for a few days but instances are a nightmare, at peak times the instance server gets overloaded and you can't get in until some other group finishes, can be sitting there running at the portal for anything up to 15 minutes :? Probably the server being high population I guess, everyone's trying to do headless horseman and acheivements.

Yeah, many many times the instance server has completely crashed on both mal'ganis and whisperwind. Just tonight Mal'Ganis had outland crash 4-5 times during peak hours... I can barely even handle playing on it right now.

Ow, suppose i should count myself lucky, we've had very few crashes since the first 2 days of the patch. Well, except tuesday night when I was trying to get my druid into a saved Kara before the reset to complete a quest, that server was well and truly down, ended up having to abandon the character there until maintenance since I was stuck in a never ending loadscreen cycle. We're mostly alright though, it's only the getting into instances that's a big problem. Maybe not helped by fewer people being needed to complete places so more groups getting going, I've been having fun 3-manning heroics with a couple of friends recently ;)
