Old Census upload

There was a program to upload the census data to this site does that still work or should we upload at the website?
The program you have is probably for WoWCensus.com. I do not currently have an upload program and depend entirely upon submissions through the site.
I will probably put together a stand alone uploader at some point, but for now I have been concentrating on adding features to the site instead.
