I was trying to track a friend's account, and it dissapeared from Terenas in early september, is there any way to look for character appearances on other servers? He is a 70 dwarf priest, so I assumed there wouldn't be many showing up as first logins in september.

Currently no you can't. A search, that may seem simple, takes a bit too much resources on the database so Rollie hasn't allowed that type of search

I've actually run similar requests in the past and you would be surprised with the number of possible name changes and transfers. The list is quite big.
