Do i have to logout and exit the game to upload the variables, or can i stay online while i update them to the website.

So is i just type /console reload ui ingame, then submit my data, that should be fine right.

Ah i got it i think, I typed in /reload ui and it looked like i was logging in again, then came back on.
Also is there any limit on how many times a day you can submit data.

I think its once every 30mins or once every hour. Someone who submits more frequently should know 
But otherwise there are no other limits and you can submit as much as you like per day provided its within those restrictions.
