So obviously I have more work to do when it comes to getting the site to reflect DK info, but here's my first look at test server population distribution:
Lich King (PVP) - Horde 44% DK (200 total players)
Northrend (PVE) - Alliance 52% DK (60% of which are human or draenai) (379 total players)
Northrend (PVE) - Horde 61% DK (40% BE) (244 total players)
I had estimated when the expac hits that about half the server would check out DK while the other half would check out the new stuff with their chars. Guess that shot in the dark estimate holds true for test realms at least, we'll see what happens when it hits live!
And wow there really aren't that many people playing... Lucky people that were in the Alpha and also those from BlizzCon 2007, and WWI.... But I figured there would of been a bit more
Yeah, I'm sure they will ramp it up over time. To be honest, there's a lot that is either incomplete or broken. I'm not real sure they will be able to get this ready for a Christmas launch.
It wouldn't surprise me if they end up pushing it back some more... they'll probably push it back as far as they can until they feel like it would hurt their subscriptions too much.
I'm just going to be a sad panda when I see gnome death knights... that's just wrong.

Think the random invites haven't been sent out yet, at least I've heard of nobody getting in yet who didn't have one of the special keys from events/competitions. Sure hoping there's plenty more chances to get in; I loved TBC beta and really want a shot at this one as well!
