You can eliminate most of the servers on the drop down list. The only US servers remaining are:

Badlands
Dark Crag
Iron Rock
Gorfang
Phoenix Throne
Volkmar

Okay, I removed several. Let me know if you see that I've removed one I shouldn't or that I missed one.
