How do I upload Census Data to your server???

I must be totally clueless.
I can't find anything that describes how to upload the data taken by the
Census+ mod.
Can u give my a clue.

Trying to upload file I get this:
Checking your file
I was unable to determine what version of CensusPlus you are using. The latest version is 2.1. Please download the latest version and rerun CensusPlus. Your data will not be accepted unless submitted using the latest version of CensusPlus. You can get the latest version here :

You can find the SavedVariables.lua file in your /World of Warcraft/WTF/Accounts/XXXX/ directory, where XXXX is the directory named for your WoW account (don't worry, this isn't submitted to the site).
