CRZ over takes native realm

just did a Census for Detheroc alliance
I saw more level 1-4 CRZ toons standing around the front of the Northshire abbey then were native and censused (25) in the whole realm. I don't remember any mouse over pop ups that didn't have a foreign realm attached

I see that quite a lot on the really low pop realms, this virtual realm deal will be a huge blessing to them I think. Feels weird standing in a huge crowd and then getting a census result of 20 or so!
