Uploading Scans from Different Servers/Factions Separately?

I've downloaded the census addon and uploaded a few scans, but one question is still bugging me:

If I want to scan four servers, say, Aggramar Horde, Aggramar Alliance, Emeriss Horde and Magtheridon Alliance. Do I have to make the first scan of Aggramar Horde, log out, upload census lua file, then log back in, go to Aggramar Alliance, scan again, log out, upload... one after the other?

Or can I make one scan, then log to next server/faction, scan again, until all four are finished, then log out and upload one single census lua file containing the census information of all four servers/factions? In essence, do scans accumulate, or do they overwrite each other?

It's no problem either way, but the latter would be faster, so if it is possible, I'd love to know . :)

And the later is the way to go.
I personally run WoW in the background and hit a list of about 50 realm/faction combinations.. and then upload the file when I'm done.

You can directly upload via the upload page as long as your data CensusPlus.lua file hasn't grown above around 8MB.. if it has grown to that size and you want to keep (not prune) data for local use then you need to use the UniUploader program... which compresses the data file to a size of about 9% for transmission.
