Have noticed something I believe is a bit strange. us-Aerie Peak this week has a few times been full and queued. Considering this I don't understand how Blizzard still can have it as a New Player in the realm selection in game.
The only things I could believe might be the cause of this happening is that allot of people used there boost on the realm and that blizzard might consider this to be a temporary effect and that it will be back to normal come WoD.
Since march when us-Aerie Peak, got there New Player status the realm has grown some what strangle fast. But at least something good has come out of it the Horde side has managed to get from 300 players at peak hour to now days around 1200. The alliance side didn't really need much to start with. All done without any connections, so wondering what is coming next. Offering free server transfers from Aerie Peak?

If it's like Europe, nothing at all will happen for several months, then early in the expansion when queues get horrendous they'll finally open up free transfers which will have no effect, as more are still transferring in (due to the reputation of being active population) than those who transfer out. And it'll get worse and worse with nothing other than useless free transfers being applied to it. Only cure will be the end-of-expansion year of no new content, when people stop playing so much, but you know fine well the cycle will start all over again with the next expansion...
Draenor EU says hi - why the hell they can't just implement a "no inbound transfers until queues are significantly below 1500" policy, I really don't know. I do not look forward to WoD launch, it's been quite nice recently being able to actually log in at the time I choose...
