If it was posted somewhere else and I missed it, sorry...

In the live WoW version with all addons disabled a manual who of levels 1-19 result 0. A who of my census toon results 0. Looks like Bliz has limited results to levels 20 to max. I tried a variety of /who runs on a couple different computers, on 5 different realms connected and single and with no addons just for kicks, same results.

Edit: Looking back through saved results the last three entries in timesplus for a realm have been &0&0&0 unless a level 20 toon was seen since Nov 6, 2013.

How odd, I'm getting results, so it's not universal! Just tried it, /who 1-19 on EU-Turalyon (low-pop realm I had a census alt on so quick and easy), and it found 4 characters, despite this being 1.30am my time.

Hmm, US-Draenor on the other hand, turns up no results from /who 1-19, and I was on a lvl 19 character at the time... whatever's going on here only applies to US realms, it seems.

Interesting, maybe more going on than meets the eye as EU and NA realms are affected for me. Just looked back through some files from this month and saw these among others...

BTW, the EU realms are censused from a different computer than the NA.

I don't think the &0&0&0 is actually an indicator of no data in those level ranges: all my timesplus entries end in &0&0&0 as well, but there's still data for 1-19. I just doublechecked: ran a census on my home realm, saw bars in most of the lower levels in the level bar chart (did not mouseover anyone to create that data), lua says:

I haven't gone through every file since November but every fille I have checked, EU and NA, shows &0&0&0 which is very odd as just about every census prior to Nov 6 has some numbers for the last three numbers and not seeing myself in a current census.... I will try a clean install of wow with no addons except for CensusPlus and see what happens.

Every file/realm I have has the &0&0&0 stuff on the end but I have plenty of 1-19 characters, so it's probably unrelated IMO, would imagine the change is just some change to the addon, we had a new release sometime around early November, going on my emails from BOYD anyway; I was running a test version for him in late October it seems. I'm sure he'll be able to confirm this one way or the other!

The missing /who result is rather more important, and odd... out of interest, do you run your censues on starter accounts or full ones? There's some mighty weird stuff that happens with starter accounts, and my US account is starter (no 1-19 on /who), while my EU account that works normally is a full one. I'm assuming your EU censuses are on a starter account, if US ones are too, then that might be the common theme here.

Yeah, my EU is a starter and no way for me to test a pay vs starter for that but yes I will test a pay vs starter on NA realms. Will create new toons on both to test, brb....

Still not seeing myself in any /who. What is a good site to upload pics for link here? All CP windows, EU starter, NA starter and NA pay, that I see show no bars for toons 1-19 even after multiple runs and during peak times at least on the NA realms.

The [TimesPlus] section you posted.. tracks the census run times.. and shows numbers by class.. and a trailing 3 Battlegrounds that I had to put back in after discovering the Tables hadn't been updated to show that we weren't tracking battlegrounds anymore. (and had not tracked them for a long time.)

From what I saw in game on the one realm I was on.. Blizzard has stopped responding to any type of who request where level is less then 20.

Aaaahhh, ok, ty, zeroes make sense then. As for the levels 1-19, Dirty rotten stinking Mr. BlizzardPotato heads.

This must be a very recent change btw, because I just checked the lua I sent to BOYD on the 21st when I first noticed the EU-US problem, and that has way too many <20 characters in it to be just mouseovers.

So, I am confused. The realms I tried last night, which worked, no longer work, lots of others don't work, I'd just reached the conclusion that it must have got changed in maintenance, since today is Wednesday (EU maintenance day), if it was rolling restarts that'd explain BOYD finding some which work and some which don't, since he was testing during the usual maintenance time.

All made sense... then I found one which still works (Archimonde)! I'm just plain confused now... testing continues...

Ran out of steam now but the pattern is clear enough, lots don't work, and for no obvious reason two do - can't really see any connection between those two in particular!

I don't think it was a planned change on Blizzards part.
I can't think of any valid reason why they would remove the ability of low level players from finding each other, which is the whole reason for having the /who functionality.
