Freeze when opening UI

When I open my UI, my game freeze for 5-10 seconds..

Census.lua file is ~15MB, which historically haven't been a problem, so I doubt it's what's causing the freeze.

Anyone else noticing something similar?
Doing census mainly on Draenor; Raluf - Nimsay - Lusmo - Quixx - Sosyan - Garthog - Trubin - Zalistra - Zesmi and Djaang
