But I did install 2.6 two times
I get an error tha the file appears valid but is 2.3 not 2.6
anyone know what might be wrong ?
Also , If I take 3 census while online, are all 3 saved and sent ,,or just the last one ?

I unzipped to the wrong folder and the 2.3 version from an old version of cosmos was running.

I believe it is better to submit alot. It saves each time but to maximize your char updates its better to keep submitting. At least it seems in theory that is the best way.
Example:
Char1 is level 11 when you run your initial census @ 7am
Char1 is level 12 when you run your second census @ 9am
Char1 is level 14 when you run your third census @ 10 am
If you submit at 7, 9, and 10 you will get credit for 3 char updates.
If you submit only at 10 you will only get the level 14 char update.
Also the more you submit the less likely someone else will submit and nullify yours.
So for example if User2 runs a census on the same server as you at 9:45 and char1 is level 14 you would get 0 credit for your submission.
I hope this helps.
