Bug with characters on both sides on PvE servers ?

I only recently installed Census+ as part of the CosmosUI, and everything worked fine while I was just taking surveys with my Alliance characters I played at that time. Switching back to Horde today, everything started to go downhill though, Census threw error messages at me frequently, guilds were no longer sorted by XP, looking at (unguilded) worked only once in a dozen times, and going back from looking at one guild to total on server proved totally impossible.
Updating Cosmos and even downloading the newest version of Census indepently proved to be no solution to the problem.

Am I doing something wrong ? ... or is this 'working as intended' (as in 'you shouldn't take data for more than one faction, idiot') ... or an actual bug that could use a fix ?

It's even more sad as a Horde survey for my server (Hyjal) is currently on the most-wanted-list ... and I'd hate to scrap my collected data on Alliance, which, btw, has not been updated into the DB even though I uploaded a copies every few days for the past week and a half

It shouldn't be a problem to switch between factions, but perhaps this is a problem I have not noticed before as I do not play both factions on the same server.

I'll do some testing tonight.
