census activity not being updated?

On my server, Azgalor, the top 50 guild activity list has not changed for over a week. Why is this info not getting updated?

I think if the top fifty are not going to be updated consistently at a minimum the list should be dated so it is clear when it is calculated. Currently the only date is next to the summary statistics in the upper right corner of the server census page and this date always says the current day even though the top 50 is almost 2 weeks out of date.
