Already did spot this ingame.
You don't get message if you play on US or EU realm.
Think this should be fixed soon.
Did edit file for it so i could upload the info from my census today.

Hrm... I don't quite understand. Where did you see that? The website or in the UI mod?
What realm are you playing on?

I did remove all my saved info from addons, the SavedVariables folder.
Then i did patch the game, updated addons that had update ready.
Now you alway's did get a message box with 2 buttons. EU realm or US realm.
I didn't get that this time.
Then i did run ingame census.
You can see where you play in the upper left corner.
Locale there was standing ??
So before i did updated the information i did change that in the census.lua file that is located in your SavedVariables folder. So it was beable to add the info to the right realm. (EU or US realm)
And think the webuploader also should give an error, not sure.

Yes, I deleted the post. I ended up having to break down and purchase an EU account key in order to fully test things on an EU server.

I bought a 10 day guest pass. I figure it is a lot cheaper to just do that every time I need to do testing than to buy and keep an account active. We'll see...

Are you using version 3.2? Try loading the game, taking a census and shutting down and then upload.

As somebody said, you can solve this message:
Unexpected Locale encountered => ??. Unable to process.
editing CensusPlus.lua and changing
["Locale"] = "??" to ["Locale"] = "EU".
I play on Drakkari. Thanks!
