Census UI mod not working with 2.2 upgrade

Am I the only one that is having a problem??
It just doesn't work. I've tried reinstalling with no luck. Any ideas?

Did you enable the load out of date addons option?
Click on the Addons button when you reach the Character Selection screen and click on the box near the top.
