I just started submitting my updates this past week, but for some reason only half of them get recorded. In the last 10 updates only 5 have been processed, and the last four in a row have zeros. Is there an issue with the program or have I missed something in the configuration?

If those last 4 have been submitted in the last 2 days, they are probably backlogged and yet to be processed.
