Gameplay before download was fine but I downloaded Census yesterday and loaded it...all of a sudden there is this horrible sound during gameplay, kind of sounds like the opening/closing menu sounds overlapping. No other sounds, music or FX will play...just this repeating sound. Any ideas? Also, I have no character file to submit to the site...where can I find this?

I have had sound issues before when I haven't rebooted for a long time. There really is nothing in C+ that would cause that, but a general tip to reboot might help, not sure. It could potentially be a memory issue as well.
