Movable "Mini Census+" Button

It would be really great if the mini button could be movable anywhere we want, because for Titanbar users like me, the button is place under the bar, but still it is bigger than the bar so it's clickable but it's a little hard, it would be neat if we could move it elsewhere on the screen.

It is movable!

You just have to find the sweet spot. Click around the outer edge of the button and drag the button wherever you like!
