Minimized "take census" button

When Censusplus is minimized, I'd like to see a small button that you can press to take a census without having to open the census window. This would make taking censuses much easier, and since I'm the person who likes to take lots of censuses, this would be so convenient rather than having to open the census window each time I want to take a census.

Interesting idea. Sort of a mini-windown instead of just a minimized button? I'll kick it around =)
