And if you need it in the future, it's on the navigation menu on the left side of the screen as "Submit Data".

Rather then start a new thread with this question i'll just ask here.
Do i need to log out to char select, or even close the game completely before i upload? Does it matter if i upload while on one char, then change realm, take a census for that server and upload again. I'm guessing this is all fine as i've done it this way since i got the mod (only a few days ago). Only reason i ask is it always reports some new chars found basicly every time (high pop servers) but looking at my list on this site of my entries it doesn't seem to reflect the number of new chars or updated info on a char that the census is telling me at the time in-game.

Only upload once. So do all your polls on all the servers you plan to then upload. If you upload more than once per hour, the new upload will overwrite the previous upload(s).
No, you do not need to log out, close the game, or change servers, in order to upload. Once the data is written to the lua file its there.
*edit*
I'm wrong!

You don't have to log out to upload, but the data won't save out until you either log out or do a '/console reloadui'.
Best thing to do is just upload after you log out from your play session.

It's not my intention to high-jack, but when I tried to upload my data for the first time I received the following message:
IP: 68.117.184.252
United States
Problem: File exceeded upload_max_filesize
Here is some more debugging info:Array ( [userfile] => Array ( [name] => SavedVariables.lua [type] => [tmp_name] => [error] => 1 [size] => 0 ) )
What am I doing wrong and what do I need to do to correct it?

Your file is bigger than allowed, try using UniUploader with Gzip compression

You can even try the /censusplus prune option
