Auction House stats

If it is possible, it would be nice to know if an AH on a particular server runs high, average, or low.

I like to use: http://www.wowecon.com/ for finding the prices of Auction House information.

Yes, but it would be nice to know if a certain realm's AH runs expensive or not. Especially when selecting a realm for a new character. Since I do it old-school (no gold buying), I would like to be able to pick a realm that has well-priced items for leveling up characters. It's ridiculus what items in some realm's AH go for, especially things such as low-level greens.

Well, I've found that the realms with inflated AH prices work both ways. As a veteran player, I've found that even picking up mining/herbalism and skinning just to level can provide you with more than enough money. There isn't much actual benefit to leveling a production craft as you level (although some are easier than others), so I've found that it's best to just level up two gathering professions and then switch to your production professions (if you plan on taking one, anyway.) Just my two cents. :)
