Incorporating Russian realms is hard to do at this point just due to the changes that must be made to the database to support the cyrillic(?) characters.

Basically what would seem like a simple change requires certain tables to be completely rebuilt, a process that would basically take the site offline for several days.

Whether probably to lift small separate base with the reference where Cyrillic signs will be supported, or it is impossible technically?
