Way to bring the topic back from the dead :P

The only class I found really boring to level was rogue - I had to stop at 28 because I found it horribly tedious. Leveling my hunter wasn't exciting, but I didn't really mind it (in fact, I actually did it twice, once alliance and once horde, haha.) Leveling my druid once I switched to feral from resto was pretty easy actually, and playing a druid at 60 is really fun, imo. I haven't really leveled a pally yet though... I've heard they're really boring to level, but maybe with the reworked retribution tree it won't be so bad. Guess I'll see how I like leveling one once the xpac hits ;)

I get burned out on my Priest from time to time. I have about 15 or so alts that i've started and for one reason or another lost interest in.

I totally /agree with Balgair, my rogue is probably the most fun I've had yet! I don't see the need to stealth every time (which isn't a problem anyway if you keybind stealth to your tilde ( ~ ) key, so easy to hit). It's the best way to farm in my opinion as the only downtime I ever have are bandaging and poison re-application. I think people get bored of rogue because they try to level in Subtlety. Blech, how more boring could you get? Subtlety is a nice tree.... for PVP! If you want up-in-your-face damage and utility, it's all about assassination/combat specs with nice slow swords or maces. All that attacking from behind crap gets old; just Sinister strike'em in the face!

OH and totally off-topic, but did you guys know there are already jewelcrafting trinkets in-game? Not recipes, the actual trinkets. There's a vendor in Theramore that sells two.

Figurine - Truesilver Crab
Unique BoP Trinket
Equip: +5 Defense
Use: Reduces melee damage by 20 for 20 sec.
Requires lv41
Cooldown: 5 Min.

Figurine - Black Pearl Panther
Unique BoP Trinket
Equip: Slightly increases stealth level.
Use: Increases attack power by 90 for 15 sec.
Requires lv38
Cooldown: 5 Min.

These things are awesome, when you use them the actual animal appears next to you!!

I have yet to get burned out on any class. I do occasionally get a bit bored with a class and switch to another for a little variety.

So far, I have a level 60 Hunter, Rogue, and Warrior. I enjoy playing the Hunter and Rogue more than the Warrior, but have been on the Warrior most lately since he is currently our guild main tank.

I also have the following toons that I still play:

Level 56 Druid which I am currently enjoying and working on getting to 60.

A level 40 mage, which will probably be what I go back to next after I get my Druid to 60.

A level 40 Pally, level 23 priest, level 10 Horde priest, and a level 10 Horde Shaman.

There is so much to see in the game that I continue to find new content all the time.

Getting a NE rogue to 24 was like pulling my own teeth. I gave up.

I'm a Mage, through and through, I think. :D

Also got an Troll War to 17, but I specced him Defense -_-. I didn't feel like paying the 1g to respec, so I just deleted him. What an elegant solution, no?

Like Lahaie, I do like to switch out between characters. I actually have an alt of every class, with the two I haven't really leveled being my pally on a different server and my level 8 warlock. The druid is probably my favorite to play, although I am enjoying my 38 shaman quite a bit. The warrior I had a lot of fun with at 49 pvping, but with the change in rage generation I haven't enjoyed him the way I used to, so he's stopped at 53 for now :P

I dunno what it is that I hated about rogue... but I've found I like hybrid classes because I like the extra utility. My hunter is really the only straightforward dps class that I've enjoyed playing, really. Despite Blizzard's trouble with itemization for hybrid classes, I still think they're the most fun to play. I guess to each his own though, huh? ;)

I'm interested how some people hate rogues, no matter how much I play other classes my rogue is my favourite and I think always will be :) There's just so much fun in being able to do things other classes can't because of stealth and big damage combined - yeah, it can be boring if you don't use all the skills (like if you think it's all sinister strike and eviscerate) but the more I learn about using skills the more fun I have. I'll admit I used to not use that many but I'm learning!

There's nothing more fun to me than pickpocketing a mob, then stunlocking it so it doesn't even scratch me before it dies. Granted that doesn't happen any more in Outland, mobs have too much health for that, but I can keep casters pretty much silenced which is good when they're my worst enemy, I can't dodge spells! ;)

As for alts, I'm another person with one of every class, however I've a few that I've not played much. Hybrids just don't appeal to me, I prefer to have a concrete role, rather than to try and work out how the heck to choose my stats when there's so much to choose from, Hence my shaman and druid have got pretty much nowhere and my pally wasn't something I ever enjoyed - they look like being fun as healers in groups but I'm just not a grouping kind of person, not to the extent that it's all I want to do, anyway, and it's all my pally was fun for.

My warrior didn't really get anywhere either, tanking looks too difficult for me to be able to keep up with, and if I want to do melee dps I've got a perfectly good rogue :P Healing on my priest was fun though, so fun that I'm making a second one, while my rogue and hunter are other favourite classes, have to love their damage. Haven't played warlock all that much but I'm going to level a blood elf one soon, while my mage was fun but got overshadowed by my other alts, I really must play her more :)

I like classes that need to hit more than 3 buttons in a fight. That's why I love my warlock. I use so many abilities on my screen it is insane. Full destruction lock ftw<3 I can't wait to get Incinerate in BC. That is going to be a whole lot of fun.

I do enjoy my warrior though. However, it doesn't really take much skill to play if you have nice gear. You can just spam Mortal Strike, Heroic Strike, or overpower to get huge numbers. But if you want to be a really good warrior you need to master the stance dance, which makes it a lot more complicated. Then again some ppl just macro all of their moves, so they never actually have to stance dance. I just recently started playing my warrior again on Dalaran and I really miss her. Sigh, just hoping one day they open PVE to PVP servers with some sort of restriction. *cross fingers*

Hunters, rogues, hell even shaman are boring classes. Hunters it goes like this. Hunter's mark, send in pet, auto shot, Loot. Rogues it goes stealth, use an opener, spam SS, Loot. Shamans it is Lightning, Shock, Shock. Loot.

I am sure many of you disagree but that is just how I feel about those classes. I bet a lot of ppl have started to level a druid to just become discouraged because it actually does take some skill to play. It also has horrible DPS at the low levels and things take forever to kill. My first day in Beta I got owned by a druid with all of their crazy damage buffs. I actually cheered at the guy because I couldn't believe it lol.

Lol try playing one beyond level 20 :P Against melee mobs, kind of, but against casters, hell no - in Outland it's stealth, pickpocket, cheap shot, SS, kick when they start casting, SS, gouge, SS, kidney shot, and if you're lucky they might be dying about now, otherwise another kick! Stunlocking casters takes quite a few skills, and there's plenty other things we can do! If all you ever do is spam SS and never use any other skill you'll get killed a hell of a lot at higher levels, believe me.

I didn't vote because I haven't gotten tired of playing the classes...for me it was getting tired of playing alliance and switching back to horde. :)
