How long time its takes to process?

all my data (i started to send 30 december) was unprocessed!

2007-01-01 15:01:44 UNPROCESSED
2007-01-01 01:19:03 UNPROCESSED
2006-12-31 17:51:09 UNPROCESSED
2006-12-31 14:22:20 UNPROCESSED
2006-12-31 09:33:33 UNPROCESSED
2006-12-30 14:14:06 UNPROCESSED

it's a week to process or less?

It should of been processed by now.... Are you uploading the correct file located:
/World of Warcraft/WTF/Accounts/<account>/SavedVariables/CensusPlus.lua

You can check to see what file the database is currently processing here:
http://www.warcraftrealms.com/dbstats.php
