I think Rollie has it running a few times a day and not constant.

Well, the update process kicks off every 4 hours. With the speeds it processes at now, then it just runs until all existing updates are processed then stops until the next kick off =)

I hope an update proccess only starts if the previous one has finished

Great, didn't suprised me you did. Seen whole system just tear down, get overloaded and just crash cause of that tiny but common mistake. 1 hurray for rollie!
