We share the same email address so she cannot make a account.

Its the same for pretty much all forums and websites you go to... 1 unique e-mail address for 1 account. Its made this way so that if someone were to forget their username or password you can retrieve that information because an e-mail will be sent to the address on that account. And if more than 1 account is listed on that e-mail address then that is a problem because the server doesn't know which account to send the info about.

Just get her to signup for another e-mail address. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, whatever.... all free.
