I am back....

Post by Eyeball-Dragonmaw »

Hello everyone,

I am back playing the game after taking a year or so hiatus. I sold all my 60's so I just started from scratch last week with a brand new account.

I will be submitting data again, but I probably won't ever be on the top contributor list again. I am just going to submit the server I am playing on once a day.

you should make rollie change your accountname in the database, so you can continue adding updates to your current 500k ;)

I was trying to remember what my numbers were before.....

Is there a way to see my numbers if I am not on the top contributor list?

Thanks,

Yup....I should be in the all time contributor list again real soon. I must have just recently fallen off from the numbers I see on my profile.

All I can say is this site is so addicting....more than the game sometimes. I know I said I was only going to do the server I play on, but I have already found myself sacrifice playing time for running census on about 20 servers.

I just hope once or twice a day of doing 20 servers will be enough, but its exciting again to see myself climb the charts again, so who knows if I can control my addiction to this site. I want to get close to the top again, but its going to nearly be impossible to get #1 again unless they take a hiatus like I did.

I'm only doing 6 servers, on an irregular basis (I level everything I take census on), and I'm usually in the 10th or 11th spot - so I'd say you're safe to climb high with 20!

Yeah, I sacrifice a little playtime on and off to census all the extra servers that I do, but it kinda comes and goes. Some months I census a ton, others not as much... but you're right eyeball, watching your numbers climb here can definitely be pretty addicting :P

It is addicting indeed; I took about 6 months after TBC of only censusing my own server but now I'm mass censusing again and it's great to be looking forward to seeing how many updates I got with each submission :)

Welcome back to the top contributors list btw, I bet you'll soon be in the top 10 ;)

Well I still have to re-level a new toon, and account so its try to gain 3 levels a day, or raise levels on the top contributor list....

both are very addicting............
