Thanks for the clarification.
I actually use the Player Activity page more to get a gauge of the size of the server and so I know what hours are lacking scans.
Something else I noticed is the H:A ratio is based on the average Horde and Ally pop counting all hours, so if one faction doesn't have any peak hour submissions and the other does then they will get unfairly compared, am I correct in this assertion
Another bias comparison is weekend pop to weekday pop for the same hour, maybe if an abbreviation of the day was shown next to hour - faction average when theres only 1 entry or shown in place of the 1 entry, that might help the accuracy of the data.
Another thing that might throw off the graph and be misleading, although minor and less common is if one entry for one faction is from the beginning of the hour and the other factions entry is at the end of the hour, perhaps having an average entry time shown on the same column of the hour would help. If you implement this average entry idea, it would also be nice to make the average entry time a link to a list of all the entries for that hour showing when each entry was submitted, such as day of the week and the exact time.
I was also wondering if a scan starts at one hour and ends in the next hour, which hour does the scan get counted as

When there is no chance of winning there is nothing to lose.
