It's up on the WoW-Europe site under Account Management to opt-in to the Beta (I'm assuming it's the same on the US site). It's ssssllllloooowww though.

Site's a bit overloaded but yep, got my first account opted in
Can't get it to load since then for my 2nd account but maybe later!

US site was no problem signing up.....took 15 secs.
