I like that idea! Although it'll show everyone how much I'm slacking these days, only really censusing 2 servers (though I did pick a server with zero submissions to roll my new alts on, to maximise censusing potential ;))

I'd also love the see a way to rank the servers by sunmissions; I've done it manually for the EU ones a few times, following on from Hybuir (I think? Bad memory and it was months ago :p) doing it for the US ones; fascinating to see which servers are well covered. And yes that's similar to what Djambo is saying but a different aspect; the new chars/updated chars is obviously influenced by population (a low pop server just won't have as many as a high pop one), while submissions isn't :)

Rofl, I'm surprised I'm even on the list, most of my June census data was from the first 3 days of the month.

Well, I'm not actually playing WoW at the moment (though I might reroll with a mate for a bit this week) so I've just got it running in the background and systematically run Census on each PvE realm I've got characters on (both alliance and horde). I just try and make sure I cover the recommended realms as these see the most leveling activity.

How is something like this? The numbers listed are the number of census snapshots taken in the last 30 days.

Is the blinking too much? You know, it's kinda worrisome when I see just how many servers are hurting for data, sitting there flashing red right before your eyes.

I like the look of that - would it be possible to make the lists sortable too, if it doesn't take too much coding? Would be nice to be able to sort by which need it the most, or which are doing best :)

Not seeing any blinking here (IE6, probably just too out of date a browser? ;)) but yeah the amount of red is painful; it's been like that on the European servers for so long :(

Erm, what the heck? Only 16 submissions on my server's alliance side? Ook, I guess I need to log a char on there again sometime

I'm using firefox and it blinks, its hillarious. haven't seen blink since... prolly before ie 6.0.

What I do see is that Boulderfist Horde and KelThuzad alliance are both my usual census spots and they are the only ones with over a 1000 submissions on the US side. Kudos to the EU submissions (*cough*jokester*cough*)

300 is good! Just goes to show that all it takes is 1 consistent updater to do a pretty good job at covering a faction/realm.

Almost regretting asking for the sorting now, it makes the number of zeroes on the EU servers all the more visible :P Looking great though; it's nice to have all that info visible!

I like it, although it definitely threw me off having the horde number listed first :P Horde ftw!

Top contributors gets a makeover:

I'm still working on it and want to add the ability to see changes, and even go back in history to view individual months.

Selecting month/year is now in place also. Go back in time to see who topped the charts!
