Census Uploading

I appologize if this isn't the place to put this or if it's a double post, but I'm wondering if there is a way to see your 'upload stats' even if you're not on the top of the charts.

If you have claimed a character, then your personal upload stats should be available on the My Characters listing page. You posting this here make me think that you won't actually get that link if you haven't claimed any characters though. I'll have to take a look.
