Regions and zones

Post by esis_swe »

Hey!

As it is possible using the /who command to se what regions different players are located in, I figured, would it be possible to use census+ to observe what regions/zones the players on a server are playing over time?

I imagine it would be possible, but it would probably bloat the addon significantly :?

Yeah, this is easy to do, however I'm not sure just how useful the info would be from a player standpoint.

I guess you could use it to try and see which zones are most popular for leveling in for the particular level range, if I get what he's trying to say. I'm not sure exactly how many people would be interested in that information, though, outside of stat nerds :P

This is a good idea. People can see which zones are the most popular and figure those are the funnest to quest in. People can also use that information to take the road less traveled.

It would be nice to see a side by side comparison of zones that are for the same level range.

To add to this idea, if hk's were tracked per zone, you can have a top 10 World PvPers per zone.
