Add a New Status for a Character

There character's status choices that are available right now should have a new status added along the lines of "Name Changed."
I have a character that had it's name changed due to an issue with the naming policy, but it is still on the same server.
A character with this status would mean that that character no longer exists.

I think you can do Xferred, then to the same server? maybe, in the meantime?

Indeed good suggestion, esp with all these name changes that happen.

Yeah, you can flag a character as transferred, but don't think I had anything in there for name change. Good call.
