Census info not being processed

Figures, its always one file

Don't suppose the database can have a check so that if one file takes X amount of time to process (depending on size of the file) it should just skip it and move on?

Yeah, I'm going to have to keep tweaking it a bit, and see if i can't correct it altogether.
